how can i find a place for lease to start a fabrication company?
I live in DFW area In Texas and i want to help a friend find a place to lease or buy so he can start a fabrication company....but we dont know how we can find a place...is there a website that list the places or what is the best way we can find a place to lease or buy?

- The Small Business Innovation Center in Caldwell TX has 60,000 sq ft and rent is free for 6 months and 50% or market for another 18 months. No lease.
It is a not for profit and the buildings are old manufacturing buildings but a good place to get started. 979-739-0011
avoid realtors. they make it costly to lease to you and they will direct you to expensive buildings with long commitments
