What is the best electronic pest repellent for mice?
I have small kids, don't want to use traps or poison, so I am looking for an electronic pest repellent that really works. I purchased a few units from Black and Decker but after 30 days of use the mice haven't gone away.

- No electronic pest controll has been proven effective. There are many companies that claim otherwise, but under controlled scientific studies:

Although mice are easily frightened by strange or unfamiliar noises, they quickly become accustomed to regularly repeated sounds. Ultrasonic sounds, those above the range of human hearing, have very limited use in rodent control because they are directional and do not penetrate behind objects. There is little evidence that electronic, sound, magnetic, or vibration devices of any kind will drive established mice or rats from buildings or provide adequate control. - Sorry, but I do not think they really work. I have tried a few for bugs. ( I live in apts.) Gave one to a friend and they said they had worse problem after.They found bugs living right behind it. One that talked about ridding places of mice, cousin put in their barn and they saw no difference. So, I would say not to buy one for either case. Good Luck!!!
