what are the ingredients for manufacturing sweets suitable for vegans.?
I want to start a sweets manufacturing business on a medium scale and would like to join hands with somebody who as knowledge in this field.He can either join me or be a advisor.The site will be most probably in south wales around port talbot.

The vegans will love it, but just do not tell 'em
- hmmmm....what kind of sweets? Candies or pastries? It's pretty simple, just no animal ingredients...check out some vegan/vegetarian websites and browse through some recipes...it will get you a good idea of what's being substituted.
And bovine Jelly is out....nice try though....
