Can someone please tell me what the Mona Lisa painting & fabricator Rory Emerald have in common? Thanks!

This question is on my university application & I am having a tough time trying to find it.

1. The Mona Lisa is hanging in the Louve in Paris, and Rory Emerald was hanged in a lew in Paris for exposing himself to a blind person in 1968. That is the only connection I can come up with.
