2. Contact the institute of technical trades.

   They can fast track your CWB welders licence because of your experience. There is also a construction boom in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Edmonton and Calgary so finding a job should be pretty easy. Or if all else fails, the school has a placement agency.
