What percent of animals die due to animal testing?
I know there is a lot of animal testing out there, i would love it if someone could provide me with a site or some info of how many of those animals actually die. Thanks so much!

- 100% if an animal has been used for any kind of laboratory testing it has to be destroyed after, even if it for behavioural studies.
- i'm guessing the answer to your question would be a number. :D
- Actually the number would be closer to 85-90% have to be euthanized depending on what type of testing has occurred using the animal.
Having worked at multiple biotech facilities that tested on animals, we were allowed to adopt out beagles and ferrets that were treated with non-fatal substances (ie: controls...saline or water injections).
