what is Ra value for smooth machining and for normal machining?

Please give me minumum and maximum values.

1. Normal turning and milling operations will result in a 250 to 125 RMS finish. Finishes in the 32 to 16 RMS range are achievable. Getting better finishes would require grinding or burnishing operations.
