What are the two main components to a laptop, that makes it run fast?

Im planning to purchase a costum built laptop (Alienware). And im trying to find out what are the two main components in a laptop that make the laptop run fast. So If anyone that knows alot about computers please help me out. It would be very helpful if someone told me the two main components.

   1st. definetly processors

   this is a big thing as the processor controls everything, makes everything run, pc without processors is like a computer burning up

   you pooing on it, burning it up again, then putting it in the rain, pooing on it again, pissin on it, then finally taking another poo on it again, then it gets struck by lightning

   2nd. would be ram

   more ram you have the better lol

2. Processor speed is obviously important, but RAM is the real key to speed. I have a desktop and laptop that both have a 1.8 GHz processor, but that laptop has 4Gb RAM and the desktop only 512kb. The difference is amazing. If you are going to play games or use it for high def graphics, look at getting a serarate graphics card that is dedicated to visuals. Also, check on the hard drive speed. The quicker the computer can find the info, the quicker it can process it.


3. I will give you a clear answer , the answer depends to what do you want to use the computer for ? If games or graphic design then forget about cpu , its ram and vga , but if it is for normal work like office pc or such things then its cpu and ram of course .
