What makes cnc machining methods superior to conventional method?

- Most machining needs to be repeated to make multiple identical parts. With CNC you set it up once and all parts come out identical. And if you need a spare part in the future the spare will be identical as long as the machinist kept the file.
If you are making only ONE part, it is debatable if CNC is the preferred method. Depends on the part.
- its same as going on cycle and going on bike
- CNC machines can be used continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and only need to be switched off for occasional maintenance. CNC machines are also programmed with a design which can then be manufactured hundreds or even thousands of times. Each manufactured product will be exactly the same.
