Engineering and fabrication

I want to make my own engineering club but uncertain how to go about activities and exposure any ideas?

I want to create an engineering club next semester and I want to start planning now for 16 weeks of activities since we are only going to meet once a week. I know theres an egg drop activity thats a classic for engineering and making other things but not too sure on what website to go to for help on that. So i basically need help for 16 activities to do.
